What happens when the trial’s up? Will we be charged?
No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front, so we can’t charge you until you decide you want to purchase Forecast. You’re always in control. At any time during the trial, or when the trial is up, you can decide what you want to do. If you want to continue on the professional plan, we’ll ask for your credit card then. If not, no problem — you can downgrade to the free plan or click a single button to cancel, no questions asked.
What if we need more than 14 days to evaluate Forecast?
If you haven’t purchased Forecast before the trial ends, and you need a little more time, just let us know. We’re happy to extend your trial.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Forecast with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 25 team members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.
Is there an on-premises version of Forecast?
We are passionate about the web. We don’t plan to offer an internally hosted version of Forecast. We hope you trust us to provide a robust and secure service so you can do the work only your team can do!
