This was a fantastic first session. Joanne has had an exciting career, after moving to the UK from Australia - facing redundancies and challenges in addition to being a young mother with a demanding career.
The biggest challenge, according to Joanne, was to “maintain resilience.” Resilience is a skill that stems from accepting failures, learning a lesson, and moving on from it.
Winning a BIMA100 Award 2021 has been a privilege to Joanne, and she has loved connecting with inspirational leaders in the digital industry because of it.
This achievement has also fuelled her existing passion for giving back to the community, both supporting the younger generation and championing women and minority groups in digital and technology.

Rob leads all of our commercial efforts at Forecast. He has over 15 years experience with high-growth B2B start and scale-ups in the software industry. He has built global commercial teams in both North America and Europe. Most recently with Wunderkind (BounceX) and Opt-Intelligence. He graduated with a dual Major in Psychology and Political Science from Syracuse University.

Joanne currently serves as Head of PMO at Sagittarius agency, leading the entire workforce of over 100 people and applying her expertise to every aspect of client project management. Her success as a digital leader is respected both internally and externally, having been recognised by BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) as a BIMA100 Winner 2021 and a BIMA10 Judge. She champions women and minority groups in digital and is a mentor at YouthGroup to empower the workforce of tomorrow.
