These terms ("Terms") apply to a Forecast user's participation in the Forecast Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, users agree to use the Program as outlined herein, and consistent with any other terms we may apply to the Program. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, then you cannot register and participate in the Program. Users also cannot where in so doing, they would violate any applicable law or regulations.

We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and the methods through which the gift cards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any user at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms. Forecast’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Forecast reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Program should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration, security or fairness of this Program has been compromised in any way.

Eligibility

1. To make a valid referral:

a. you must be a user of an existing customer in good standing with Forecast;


b. you must complete the referral web form;


c. the referral contact must be a business leader at a company located in the UK, US, or Canada with at least 25 employees, and a genuine need to explore a new or changing systems for project management, resource management, or work management; 


d. the referral contact must be at an agency, consulting company, software company, or IT & digital product development department (unless otherwise approved by Forecast in its sole discretion); and


e. the referral contact must complete a full demo meeting with Forecast within 30 days of the initial contact.  The gift card will be sent approximately 2-4 weeks after the completion of the demo meeting.

2. The referral contact’s company must (a) not be previously registered with the Forecast Service for at least 12 months; and (b) is not already in conversation with Forecast via any other channel.

3. If a referral contact is sent by multiple referrers, the first Referrer that submitted the referral will be deemed as the referrer. 

4. Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by not engaging in spamming or other unfair or otherwise problematic practices.
