With Forecasts integration to Zendesk, you can keep tickets from Zendesk in sync with Forecast tasks. When tickets are raised in Zendesk, a task is created in Forecast. Any updates to the task in Forecast gets sent to Zendesk, keeping the information in sync and up to date.
