Dennis leads the organization at Forecast. With more than 15 years of experience within software engineering, management consulting and technology (Magento, IBM etc.), Dennis has helped global brands world-wide deploy and leverage new technologies. Dennis has an MSc. in Computer Science & Business from the University of Copenhagen and INSEAD in Paris.
Simone leads the finance and people teams at Forecast. Simone started her career as a chartered accountant with EY and has over 20 years experience in both venture capital backed and publicly traded companies. Her experience with high growth companies includes King Digital, the creator of Candy Crush, that achieved explosive revenue growth and an IPO on the NYSE. Previously, as CFO at Peakon, Simone was instrumental in driving the commercial outcomes that generated a 30x valuation growth from Series A to $700M acquisition by Workday.
Jeff leads the Sales team at Forecast with a focus on new business across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. He has over a decade of experience working in sales and a passion for building high-performing teams. He has previously driven growth at tech companies including Trustpilot which successfully IPO'd at a $1.5B valuation and Braze which IPO'd at an $8B valuation.
Nicole leads the marketing team at Forecast, bringing over a decade of B2B marketing experience. Previously she led the Marketing and Partner organizations at Teampay. Prior to Teampay, she held marketing roles at a number of startups, including PeopleDoc (acquired by Ultimate Software), Yodle (acquired by Web.com), and Jibe (acquired by iCIMS).
Mel heads up Customer Success, Support and Customer Education at Forecast. Mel started her career working in marketing and PR for brands such as Nike, EA Sports, The Daily Telegraph and Dyson. For the past 10 years, Mel has focused on Customer Success, working at global SaaS firm Deltek and most recently as CCO at scale-up business, Peakon. Mel played a key role in driving the Customer Success offering and commercial outcomes that generated a 30x valuation growth from Series A to $700M acquisition by Workday.

Sohaib Abbasi is an accomplished software industry executive. From 2004 to 2015, as Chairman and CEO, Sohaib led Informatica to grow five-fold and to establish leadership in multiple software categories including data integration, data quality, MDM, and cloud data integration. From 1982 to 2003, he helped Oracle grow from a 30-person startup to an industry leader with over $9 billion in annual revenues.
Sohaib currently serves on the board of McAfee and Streamsets. He also serves as an advisor to TPG Capital and Balderton Capital. Previously, Sohaib served as Chairman of Peakon as well as a board member of Red Hat Software, New Relic and Nutanix.
FinancialForce
Jeremy is Chairman, Non-Executive Director, or advisor to a number of, scaleup, startup and established technology businesses backed by Private Equity and Venture Capital.
He has over 30 years of experience in public and private technology companies, including as CEO of Coda Plc and FinancialForce.com, Inc and COO and CPO of Unit4 NV.
As founder of FinancialForce.com with investment from UNIT4 and Salesforce, and instrumental to the global expansion of Coda Plc, Jeremy now focuses on sharing his expertise and knowledge to scale commercial teams, go-to-market and product.
Wise
James joined Balderton in 2013. Since then, he has led Balderton's investments in a number of sectors and geographies, with a specific focus on security, enterprise and healthtech. He sits as a board member and observer for multiple portfolio companies including Depop, GoCardless, Sophia Genetics, Detectify and Kaia Health, and has been involved in the sale of companies to Amazon, Microsoft & Elastic.
Prior to joining Balderton, James helped to launch and run one of the UK's first social venture funds, providing support and capital to social enterprises. He has worked with entrepreneurs and businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
As well as the professional experiences above, James is a trustee at Dot.Everyone, a charity that advocates for responsible approaches to using new technologies, and served in 2011 as a Specialist Adviser to Parliament.
James has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and has lectured for the University on aspects of responsible capitalism and the social impact of technology.

Krishna co-founded Crane Venture Partners and has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to back European founders for 20 years, investing across every layer of the enterprise stack. Prior to VC, he had several operational roles including co-founding a deep tech start-up.
